President and founder Sal Vecchio began his career in construction laboring for his grandfather as a teenager. After completing his bachelor’s degree studies, he began working for his father as an office assistant.  Within a few years Sal became one of the primary estimators for his father and eventually moved into project management.  In 2009 Sal established Action Contractors, LLC as a carpentry and concrete sub-contracting firm. Today Action operates both as a self-performing general contractor and sub-contractor. In the near 11 years of operation, Sal has grown the business from less than 10 employees and under $1,000,000.00 in revenue to a company with over 30 employees, projects completed in 20 states for various clients, and has seen the revenue grow to more than 10 times that amount. He anticipates continued growth and is looking forward to future endeavors.
