Pete was exposed to the construction world at the early age of 12 cleaning jobsites. He continued as a laborer in construction throughout high school and college. After college, Pete progressed very quickly to become a superintendent, then a project manager.

Pete has over 40 years of experience in commercial construction, both private and public projects. His experience includes ground up projects that range from $2,000,000 to $105,000,000. His experience includes High Rise, Medical Buildings, Hospitals, Schools K-12, Universities, Airports, Fire Stations, Libraries, Wastewater Treatment Plants, and Secure Government Facilities.
